FOUNDER | BRAND AMBASSADOR
William grew up in a modest home near LeClaire Courts, one of Chicago's crime-ridden south-side neighborhoods. William put all of his experiences and obstacles he overcame in a book titled, “The Choice to Pull the Trigger (Available via digital platforms; iBooks, Amazon, & B&N).” William has volunteered countless hours of community relations & service via the Chicago Bulls organization, beginning as a prequel to his philanthropic efforts. Thanks to being able to read, write & speak the Spanish language fluently, William has helped cultivate relationships with different media outlets and has traveled the globe writing independent projects and covering events.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Spanish Literature from Roosevelt University, William moved to New York City, where he worked for Great Performances, one of New York’s biggest event production companies. While simultaneously working in Finance with Carat, an international media firm, William’s financial skill-set was honed, piquing his interest in becoming a serious business owner. In 2013, after gaining invaluable experience, William knew it was time to form his own, D’Nero Group. William's events have included the names of some of the biggest actors, R&B singers, and reality television stars spanning nationwide.
The past few years Mr. Nero has Executive Produced Chicago’s Black Gay Pride’s 4 to 5 event lineup, sponsored by D’Nero Group, and 501c3 organizations South Side Help Center & Aids Healthcare Foundation. As per the organizations, each year William’s decisions yielded an increase in more than double HIV/AIDS funding & healthcare services. Mr. Nero aims to triple the numbers in the near future. Mr. Nero is also a valued member of the elite House of Allure (known for fashion, voguing, & opulence), an influential LGBT subculture & countercultural phenomenon rapidly expanding all over the world.
Mr. Nero also developed D’Nero Juniors’ basketball, a community team of youth ages 7 to 17 that play regularly for a ‘Stop the Violence’ initiative, founded in one of the nations’ most dangerous cities, Chicago. Through their local success and growth, Mr. Nero’s title as a community leader extends beyond his reach. Mr. Nero is currently an Executive Producer on upcoming film projects & documentaries with Film producer, Mr. Re’Shaun Frear of Los Angeles, California. Mr. Nero strives daily to be an effective leader, role model & example to his family & both the minority and LGBT community.

Nicholas started his event career in Chicago, at the famed & upscale, Spiaggia, as an event coordinator. Nicholas was then hired as a guest services manager for Blue Plate Catering, another heavy-hitting company in Chicago, managing events, with not only Chicago’s corporate upper echelon but also A-listers such as Oprah amongst others. His career aspirations didn’t stop there, as his desires for the fast-paced big apple led him to work for Great Performances in New York City, as the Director of Service Operations. Nicholas has over 10 years of event planning experience.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT | VP OF SALES
As Director of Sales, Reginald is a leader and execution specialist when it comes to event planning. Reginald consults with all of our sales & clientele. Reginald is professional, business-savvy yet tactful in all business matters & has over 30 years of professional sales & management experience.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE | ACCOUNT MANAGER | (AR) COMMUNICATIONS LIAISON
As one of our lead Sales Representatives, Abdelrhman not only drives our international sales but keeps up our company morale. Abdelrhman's dedicated customer service skills & gregarious personality is essential so our clientele are not treated like numbers, only as valued D'Nero Group extended family members. Mr. Komina assists our business with reading writing & verbal translation skills in several accents of the Arabic language & in addition the perfect travel guide tour & concierge.
Sidney's entire background is built around visual, performing, culinary, and production arts. Bobby started out with his own business as a freelance designer and now has over 10 years of graphic design experience. He is well versed in event design and production; from electronic media to print media -- Sidney is a one-stop-shop.
Ashton's fresh background ensures the efficient and profitable design and engineering of audio, video, lighting, and acoustical technology systems to include the preparation of detailed electronic working plans, sections, and layouts for sales and installation. Ashton's best quality as the Design Engineer is the accurate development of ideas and the preparation of accurate estimates and designs, which are in keeping with the market and profit strategies of D'Nero Group Media.
PUBLIC RELATIONS | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As an international Public Relations Manager & Executive assistant, Marion is a creative genius and visionary when it comes to directing, planning, & organization contacts & helping to create partnerships. Marion's international contact list from the UK, & North America, more specifically, gives her a unique perspective in both the entertainment & fashion industry. Traveling abroad for inspiration through various cultures is her key to versatility. As the first line of communication with vendors, fashion houses, models, agencies, etc., Marion's expertise points each member at D'Nero Group in the right direction. Marion is artistic, poised, & has over 20 years of professional upscale experience.
BASKETBALL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINER | (FR) (DU COMMUNICATIONS LIAISON
Matthieu N'Kosi is a valuable team member from Europe. Matthieu played professional basketball overseas in Belgium in Division 2 & 3. Matthieu is a 7-yr skilled Basketball Development trainer & has trained professional NBA players overseas; also in Las Vegas, he trained Cirque de Soleil dancers & trained players at Impact Basketball Las Vegas. Matthieu assists coach Willie Ray, Jr. in increasing & developing D'Nero Junior Basketball player potential. Matthieu's number one goal is to teach our team camaraderie and take the team towards a more professional direction. As an international communications liaison, Matthieu assists our team with alliances to further our reach french & dutch speaking countries abroad.
